These are argumentative texts, so we can see how to present information, opinions or possibilities in different ways. (Arguments needn’t be physical or angry all the time!)
You will learn how to write an argumentative text in secondary school. For now, we will just get a general idea of how to present an argument.

In the text on p.34, what are the two contrasting arguments? Can you identify them?
